Senior Officer, Retention and Indemnities Support (UAE National)

Job Description

Job Purpose:

Main responsibility is to review and assist with the released of End of Service benefits for customers along with facilitating any requirements for the Indemnities & Retention team

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

• Handling review and release of customer’s EOSB requests
• Liaising with multiple stakeholders while handling customer’s EOSB requests
• Contacting customers if required while handling customer’s EOSB requests
• Manage procurement requests for retention teams.
• Facilitate necessary training for retention teams.
• Manage MIS reporting with stakeholders.
• Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) review.
• Manage and update retention-related resources and documentation.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments to streamline processes.
• Coordinate and support retention initiatives and campaigns. Support in lead allocations for specific product.

Key Performance Indicators

• Client satisfaction index
• Adherence to policies, processes, and procedures of FAB

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification

• Understanding of the products, policies and systems.
• Interpersonal skills to efficiency interact with internal customers and business stakeholders.
• Team working skills.
• Experience in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc,,,)
