Drive day-to-day O&M procurement to secure timely, cost-effective goods and services.
Manage demand intake, RFQs, evaluations, purchase orders, and supplier communications while maintaining contractual compliance, documentation quality, and performance reporting.
Strategy
- Manage product and service demand through systematic requisitions and ensure all prerequisites are fulfilled.
- Maintain a comprehensive, current database of strategic suppliers.
Operations
- Process RFQs through approved marketplaces and support fair, transparent competition.
- Follow up with end users on pending orders and raise or release orders against blanket agreements.
- Review supplier quotations and prepare comparative analysis sheets for committee evaluation.
- Generate, execute, and monitor order schedules for organizational materials and services.
- Draft and issue purchase orders, prepare agreements and contracts, request performance bonds, and ensure delivery of original purchase orders.
- Respond to supplier inquiries about purchase order details in line with instructions.
- Administer tendering, negotiation, and bidding in line with procurement policies.
- Prepare periodic management reports and perform other associated responsibilities as assigned.
Product and process improvement
- Keep supplier data and procurement records accurate and current to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Administration.
- Experience: 0–1 years for bachelor's degree holders; 5 or more years for diploma holders.
- The qualifications section lists ISO 9001, ISO 14000, ISO 45000, and Project Management Professional (PMP) certificates.
