Overview
Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, requests, and issue resolution.
Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
Coordinate with internal departments (Commercial, operations, finance, talent Acquisition, HR and PRO ) to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Prepare account reviews, reports, and performance presentations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and service-level agreements.
Track customer satisfaction and implement improvement initiatives.
Support contract renewals, negotiations, and account retention efforts.
Maintain accurate client records in RAMCO & SUNDUS HUB and other systems.
