Senior Officer – Broker Relations
About This Role
Maintain and expand the broker portfolio on both General and Medical lines of business
Conduct regular and strategic meetings with allocated brokers to develop the portfolio.
Renewal Management and related co-ordination with both brokers and Underwriting team
Prepare Business/ Performance reports on Monthly basis and share it with line manager.
Conducting Portal Presentations & Training to Brokers on various product offered by NGI
Monitor and analyse broker performance on a regular basis
Supporting finance Dept on Credit control related issues
Maintaining excellent rapport with both internal and external stakeholders
Build a strong Pipeline of Corporate account for each quarter
Update and maintain all KYC related document of the panel broker
Adherence to all Regulatory and Compliance related processes required by the company
