Senior Nurse / Head Nurse at MedPalm Clinic

MedPalm Clinic is a modern premium clinic of preventive and functional medicine in Dubai. We are expanding our team and looking for a strong, responsible and well-organised Senior Nurse / Head Nurse who can ensure a high standard of nursing care, patient service and internal clinical discipline.

Responsibilities:

Organising and supervising the work of nurses and doctor assistants.

Ensuring compliance with clinic standards, hygiene and infection control requirements, DHA regulations and internal protocols.

Preparing consultation rooms, medical equipment, consumables and documentation for patient appointments.

Monitoring sterilisation processes, medication storage, expiry dates, medical supplies and stock control.

Assisting with medical procedures, blood collection, IV drips, injections, patient preparation for examinations and treatments.

Ensuring a high level of patient care, delicate communication and attentive patient support.

Maintaining and supervising medical documentation.

Training, onboarding and supervising new nursing team members.

Coordinating with doctors, reception, management and the clinic’s operations team.

Requirements:

Valid DHA licence or DHA eligibility letter.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a nurse in a clinic or hospital.

Previous experience as a Senior Nurse / Head Nurse will be an advantage.

Knowledge of DHA standards, infection control and medical documentation requirements.

Strong practical skills: blood collection, IV cannulation, IV drips, injections and patient preparation for procedures.

Excellent organisation, accuracy, responsibility and attention to detail.

Ability to manage a small team, build processes and maintain discipline.

English language is required. Russian language will be an advantage.
