• Working with cash register, maintaining cash records;
• Maintaining and coordinating Dubai's first Premium expert level clinic with preventive techniques based on the principles of evidence-based medicine in search of an employee.

Responsibilities

• Meeting, counseling and patients support, providing a high level of service;
• Registering patients for appointments, coordinating doctors' schedules;
• Maintaining medical records, execution of contracts and receipts;
• Receiving telephone calls, providing comprehensive information about the services provided;
• Maintaining order and comfort in waiting areas, doctor's offices and toilet rooms;
• Interaction with cleaning and maintenance services;
• Providing individualized care to each patient;
• Ensuring compliance with the highest standards of service and quality of care;
• Coordination of work with the clinic's medical staff.

Requirements

• Experience in Dubai as an administrator or in a similar position from 1 year in clinics, VIP beauty salons, 5* hotels;
• Higher or specialized secondary education;
• Knowledge of RUSSIAN and ENGLISH languages at a high level (oral and written);
• Confident PC user, knowledge of medical programs;
• Excellent communication skills, competent oral and written speech;
• High level of responsibility, attentiveness and stress resistance;
• Benevolence, ability to work with demanding clients;
• Knowledge of medical record keeping protocols and VIP customer service standards.

Terms

• Decent system of payment from 7000 AED + %
• Work schedule: 2/2, from 9:00 to 21:00;
• Official employment;
