Provide cost-effective, high-quality nursing care that supports clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and safety.
Deliver care within the center’s approved policies, procedures, scope of services, nursing standards, professional ethics, and safety regulations.
General responsibilities
- Deliver administrative and clinical patient care and maintain care quality and clinical standards within the unit.
- Promote teamwork and contribute to organizational objectives, practical decision-making, and adaptation to organizational changes.
- Assess patient needs, prioritize care, and identify necessary or urgent medical interventions.
- Communicate ongoing treatment-plan changes to the medical team and educate patients and families using center resources.
- Receive, store, and maintain availability of medications and medical equipment according to center procedures.
- Coordinate with pharmacy, laboratory, and support services to meet service needs.
- Report adverse drug interactions and incidental occurrences according to center policies.
- Accept feedback and corrective actions to support patient safety; help train and guide newly appointed nursing staff.
- Lead the team while providing direct care, communicate challenges to the supervisor, and participate in assigned committees and task forces.
- Perform other duties assigned by the direct supervisor within the scope of the role.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing, Health Sciences Management, or an equivalent field.
- Specialized certifications in the same field.
- Minimum of 8 years of post-graduation experience, including 4 years in the same field.

Erada Center for Treatment and Rehab is a Dubai government entity providing treatment and rehabilitation for substance use disorders and alcohol addiction.
