Role Title: Senior Network & Security Engineer (L3 Support)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network & Security Engineer to provide advanced (Level 3) technical support, ensure solution readiness, and drive excellence in network and security operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in troubleshooting complex issues, supporting deployments, and ensuring alignment with security and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Support testing, validation, and handover activities to ensure solution readiness and operational stability

Prepare and review technical documentation, including high- and low-level design documents, configuration guides, and implementation reports

Provide Level 3 troubleshooting for complex issues related to routing, traffic flow, VPNs, and security integrations

Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to resolve escalated technical issues in a timely manner

Ensure all solutions align with security best practices, business requirements, and applicable compliance standards

Required Skills & Expertise

Strong experience in network and security engineering, including routing, switching, VPNs, and firewall technologies

Deep understanding of network protocols, traffic analysis, and security architectures

Hands-on experience with enterprise security solutions (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco Security)

Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments

Experience in preparing and reviewing technical documentation

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Certifications

CCNP or CCIE

Fortinet NSE

Palo Alto PCNSE

Cisco Security certifications

CISSP, CISM, or equivalent

Relevant cloud or network security certifications

Nice to Have

Experience working in multi-vendor environments

Exposure to cloud networking and security (AWS, Azure, GCP)

Familiarity with automation and monitoring tools
