We are looking for a Senior Network Infrastructure Manager m f d who will take full ownership of our infrastructure strategy and operational excellence.

You will lead a skilled technical team working across routing switching cloud connectivity and security integration while ensuring stability performance and scalability across all services.

Network Architecture: Leadership Design and maintain scalable ISP and enterprise network infrastructure across multiple environments

Operations Oversight: Ensure high availability monitoring and incident response across all network systems

Team Leadership: Guide and mentor network engineers and infrastructure specialists to improve performance and execution quality

Security and Compliance: Work closely with security teams to enforce best practices in network protection access control and risk management

Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze system performance and implement improvements for latency reliability and throughput

Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with telecom providers hardware vendors and cloud service partners

Project Delivery: Oversee infrastructure expansion upgrades and migration projects ensuring timely and stable delivery

What We Are Looking For?

6 plus years in network engineering infrastructure or ISP operations with at least 2 years in a leadership role

Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of routing switching firewalls VPN technologies and cloud networking environments

Certifications Preferred: CCNP CCIE or equivalent industry certifications

Problem Solving Strong analytical mindset with ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems under pressure

Communication Skills: Able to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders

Mindset: You are structured detail oriented and comfortable working in high availability mission critical environments

Pay: QAR20,000.00 - QAR30,000.00 per month
