Senior .NET / Full Stack Developer

Role

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain end-to-end features using C#/.NET Core APIs and modern frontend applications.
• Use AI-driven workflows daily to design, implement, test, and review software, and define team practices for these tools.
• Apply and evolve AI-DLC practices, guardrails, standards, and reusable playbooks.
• Design automation initiatives to improve productivity and product quality.
• Contribute to MCP server setups connecting AI tools to internal systems.
• Help define data-security practices for information shared with external AI services.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and share knowledge through code reviews, pairing, and internal training.

What you bring

• At least 5 years of full-stack development experience with strong C#, .NET Core, and Web API skills.
• Frontend experience with Angular preferred, or React or TypeScript-based stacks.
• Daily, demonstrated AI-first development experience using Claude Code, Claude, Cursor, or similar tools.
• Hands-on AI-driven development methods such as AI-DLC or equivalent, with sound judgment about human control.
• Experience with SQL Server and Azure or AWS.
• Good judgment on AI data security and responsible tool use.
• Professional working proficiency in English and French.
• MCP or other AI-to-system integrations are an asset; ability to coach peers on AI-assisted workflows.
