Senior .NET / Full Stack Developer

Role overview

Work arrangement

• Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain full-stack features using C#/.NET Core APIs and modern frontend applications.
• Use AI workflows to design, implement, test, and review software and define team practices.
• Evolve AI-DLC practices, guardrails, standards, and reusable playbooks.
• Deliver automation initiatives to improve productivity and product quality.
• Contribute to MCP server setups connecting AI tools to internal systems.
• Help define security practices for information shared with external AI services.
• Contribute to architecture decisions; share knowledge through code reviews, pairing, and training.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of full-stack development experience and strong C#, .NET Core, and Web API skills.
• Frontend experience with Angular preferred, React, or TypeScript.
• Daily AI-first development experience with Claude Code, Claude, Cursor, or similar tools.
• Hands-on AI-driven development methods such as AI-DLC or equivalent, with judgment about human control.
• MCP or other AI-to-system integration experience is an asset.
• Good judgment on AI data security and responsible AI tool use.
• SQL Server experience and experience with Azure or AWS.
• Ability to share knowledge and coach peers on AI-assisted workflows.
• Professional working proficiency in English and French.
