Senior .Net Developer

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise-grade healthcare applications using the Microsoft .NET platform.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and web applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET 6/7/8 , and related technologies.
• Integrate healthcare systems using standards such as HL7, FHIR, X12, CCD/C-CDA , and healthcare APIs.
• Develop scalable solutions for Electronic Health Records (EHR/EMR), patient portals, claims processing, and clinical workflows.
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, architects, and healthcare stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA , data privacy, and security requirements.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Implement secure coding practices and participate in application security assessments.
• Create technical documentation, design specifications, and deployment procedures.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and release management activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of software development experience, including 5+ years working with .NET technologies.
• Strong proficiency in: C# ASP.NET MVC/Core .NET Framework and .NET Core/.NET 6+ Web API development Entity Framework/Core LINQ SQL Server
