Role Overview
Serve as the technical focal point for Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing inspection and assessment services within civil and infrastructure activities.
Provide independent technical evaluation of MEP systems in new, existing and completed buildings.
Responsibilities
- Perform independent design reviews, site inspections and condition assessments of building MEP systems.
- Verify testing and commissioning activities and identify defects.
- Support integrated inspections of high-rise towers, hotels, residential, commercial, mixed-use, industrial and public buildings.
- Work closely with civil, structural and other technical disciplines.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in either Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering is required.
- Proven multidisciplinary experience across building MEP systems is required.
