Senior Mechanical Engineer
Role Overview
Provide technical oversight and review of EPC contractor deliverables related to static mechanical equipment, including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, and columns.
Review design calculations, datasheets, and specifications to ensure compliance with applicable codes (ASME, API, TEMA, and project standards).
Verify material selection, design thickness, and mechanical integrity.
Review vendor documentation and participate in technical bid evaluations and FATs.
Monitor EPC contractor progress, assess deviations, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
Ensure that mechanical design meets safety, operability, and maintainability requirements.
Support field inspections and mechanical completion activities. adherence and quality of deliverables

Experience and education
- Twelve years of experience, including six years in Mechanical Engineering for major oil and gas or petrochemical projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
