Senior Mechanical Draftsman (MEP)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare HVAC and Plumbing shop drawings in accordance with project specifications and approved drawings.
• Develop coordinated MEP drawings and support clash resolution activities.
• Prepare Builders Work Drawings (BWD) and As-Built Drawings.
• Coordinate with Technical Office Engineers, Site Engineers, and Project Teams.
• Ensure drawings are issued accurately and within project timelines.
• Maintain drawing registers and document control procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Draftsman within UAE-based MEP Contracting companies.
• Strong experience in HVAC and Plumbing shop drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MEP coordination drawings.
• Experience preparing Builders Work Drawings and As-Built Drawings.
• Good understanding of MEP systems and construction practices.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
