This is a full-time, on-site Procurement Manager role based in Dubai.

The Procurement Manager will oversee end-to-end procurement activities for electro-mechanical materials, equipment, and services, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing aligned with project requirements.

include identifying and qualifying suppliers, requesting and evaluating quotations, negotiating commercial terms, and managing purchase orders and contracts.

The role will coordinate closely with engineering, project, and finance teams to forecast demand, track deliveries, and resolve supply issues.

The Procurement Manager will also monitor supplier performance, maintain procurement records, ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations, and contribute to continuous improvement in procurement processes.
