Role Description
Lead the strategic and operational marketing direction of a premium real estate agency, with full ownership across brand, communications, digital ecosystem, and market expansion initiatives.
Brand Strategy & Communication
- Own and develop the long-term brand positioning and growth strategy
- Lead all brand communication across digital, offline, events, and partnerships
- Ensure consistency of messaging, visual identity, and market perception
- Supervise content direction across all social media, campaigns, and creative outputs
- Manage and elevate the external content and creative agencies
Roadshows & Strategic Events
- Plan and execute international roadshows, broker events, launches, and networking activations
- Ensure events are aligned with business objectives, lead generation, and brand awareness goals
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors end-to-end
Digital Marketing & Performance
- Oversee performance marketing strategy across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other paid channels
- Supervise CPL, CPQL, ROAS, lead quality, and funnel performance
- Manage context advertising and paid acquisition ecosystem
- Understand attribution, analytics, retargeting structures, and CRM integrations
Web Development, SEO & Digital Infrastructure
- Lead website development initiatives with strong understanding of UX/UI and conversion logic
- Work closely with developers on landing pages, website optimization, and technical improvements
- Own SEO strategy including technical SEO, on-page optimization, content structure, and organic growth
- Ensure proper implementation of analytics systems including GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and Conversion APIs
Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination
- Manage agencies, freelancers, production teams, and digital vendors
- Collaborate closely with sales leadership and management teams
- Build scalable marketing processes and reporting structures
- Drive execution while maintaining strategic oversight
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in senior marketing roles
- Proven experience in real estate development or real estate agency marketing is highly preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale campaigns, brand initiatives, and events
- Experience launching or scaling websites with strong SEO performance
- Portfolio of successful campaigns, brand projects, and digital growth cases
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Experience working in fast-paced international environments
- Expected profile
- Strong strategic marketing mindset with hands-on execution capability
- Experience leading brand communication for premium real estate or luxury-related sectors
- Deep understanding of digital marketing, content ecosystems, and web development
- Strong knowledge of SEO, website optimization, and paid media infrastructure
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, agencies, and projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of modern content trends, storytelling, and creative direction
- Commercially minded with clear understanding of lead generation and sales funnels
- Fluent English required, Russian is a strong advantage
