Senior Marketing Lead –Branding & Creative, Social Media, Events

Our client is well established multi-national gas company offering international services in 10 countries worldwide.

Role Description

The Senior Marketing Lead plays a central role in driving the client company brand presence across social media, events, branding, and creative development.

The position requires strong creative and strategic capabilities, hands-on involvement, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality, on-brand communication across digital and physical touchpoints.

This role ensures that

the client company

identity, tone of voice, and positioning are consistently reflected across campaigns, events, visuals, and content, reinforcing the company’s image as a leading, innovation-driven industrial gases and decarbonization partner.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Help adopt client’s branding material across the group
  • Support and manage product branding exercises
  • Develop creative concepts and strategies for campaigns, initiatives, and events.
  • Manage the production of visuals and layouts for digital and print deliverables
  • Well versed in copywriting, scripts, captions, taglines, messaging for marketing materials.
  • Manage photo/videoshoots and video productions, including storylines, scripts, etc.
  • Conceptualize and create social media content across all platforms & build monthly content calendars
  • Ensure all content reflects client's strategic messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity.
  • Develop and manage campaign-based content (product launches, events, corporate announcements).
  • Monitor engagement and performance, submit reports, providing insights to enhance content and reach.
  • Write strong, on-brand content for captions and posts.
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist to ensure a unified customer journey and aligned analytics.
  • Manage social media agency
  • Conceptualize, plan, brand, and execute conferences, exhibitions, and corporate events.
  • Manage the development of event materials (banners, screens, booth branding, brochures, videos).
  • Manage onsite execution to ensure brand consistency and smooth delivery.
  • Liaise with agencies, suppliers, and internal teams for event readiness.
  • Prepare post-event materials such as highlight summaries, recap visuals and reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
  • 6-8 years experience in marketing, branding, or creative roles.
  • Agency background or Client-side experience Client-side experience that includes substantial, high-quality creative and brand work, not only operational coordination or small-scale design tasks.
  • Arabic language proficiency is highly preferred.
  • B2B or industrial sector experience is an advantage.

Required Skills

  • Strong creative conceptualization of ideas, campaigns, and visuals for all verticals
  • Ability to translate strategic positioning into compelling creative concepts.
  • Creative thinking with an eye for design and storytelling.
  • Excellent writing and storytelling, and on-brand message development
  • Ability to maintain a consistent tone of voice across platforms and media.
  • Deep understanding of brand identity, visual guidelines, and corporate positioning.
  • Strong sense of narrative and how communication supports positioning in a technical industry.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Confident working with agencies, designers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail in visuals, messaging, and final outputs.
  • Ability to manage event schedules and execution – including travel and long hours during major events (approx. 4 per year).
  • Proficiency with social media tools and scheduling platforms.
  • Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Express) — Adobe Suite is a plus.
  • Familiarity with event branding formats and specifications.
  • Strong PowerPoint capabilities for branded materials.
