About the Role
CNTXT AI is looking for a Marketing Executive with experience in technology or AI-driven companies to execute and scale marketing initiatives across our product portfolio.
This role will focus on driving awareness, generating qualified leads, and supporting product adoption for CNTXT AI solutions.
The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a strong understanding of how to market technical products to business audiences.
Campaign Execution & Growth Support
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote CNTXT AI products.
- Support go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new features and product launches.
- Collaborate with growth and product teams to drive lead generation and pipeline growth.
Digital & Performance Marketing
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta) targeting B2B audiences.
- Support SEO, content marketing, and organic growth initiatives.
- Execute email campaigns and lead nurturing flows.
- Continuously optimize campaigns for conversion and ROI.
Content & AI Product Marketing
- Develop content tailored to AI products and use cases, including:
- Blog posts
- Case studies
- Social media content
- Website copy
- Translate technical AI concepts into clear, compelling messaging.
- Work with product teams to align messaging with product capabilities and value propositions.
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Track and analyze performance using tools such as:
- Google Analytics
- HubSpot or CRM platforms
- Campaign dashboards
- Generate insights to improve campaign effectiveness and funnel performance.
- Report on key metrics such as leads, conversions, CAC, and engagement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, sales, and growth teams to align marketing with business goals.
- Support sales with marketing materials and collateral.
- Coordinate with external partners, agencies, or vendors when needed.
Qualifications
- 3 6 years of experience in marketing roles within tech, AI, or SaaS companies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and B2B marketing strategies.
- Experience executing campaigns end-to-end.
- Familiarity with analytics tools and performance tracking.
- Strong communication skills, especially in simplifying technical concepts.
Required Skills
- Experience in AI, machine learning, or data-related products.
- Familiarity with product marketing and B2B SaaS funnels.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Basic understanding of growth marketing and experimentation.
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
