Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven FMCG Brand, Retail & Marketing Manager to lead brand growth, retail execution, and integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in FMCG brand management, retail operations, trade marketing, consumer engagement, and sales growth initiatives.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent commercial awareness and the ability to execute high-impact campaigns that strengthen brand presence and drive revenue.
Brand Management
- Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with company objectives and market trends.
- Manage brand positioning, product launches, packaging, and promotional activities.
- Monitor brand performance, consumer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all retail and marketing channels.
Retail & Trade Marketing
- Plan and implement retail marketing campaigns to maximize in-store visibility and sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key account partners.
- Coordinate merchandising, POS materials, shelf placement, and promotional displays.
- Analyze retail sales data and market trends to optimize product availability and pricing strategies.
Marketing & Communications
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, ATL, BTL, and experiential platforms.
- Manage advertising agencies, creative partners, and external vendors.
- Develop promotional calendars and oversee campaign execution within budget.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
Business Development & Strategy
- Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and channel expansion strategies.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue targets.
- Forecast budgets, monitor ROI, and manage marketing expenditures efficiently.
- Support senior management with strategic planning and market intelligence.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or professional marketing certification is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in FMCG brand management, retail marketing, or trade marketing.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, retail dynamics, and FMCG distribution channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms.
