We're excited to announce an excellent opportunity for a Senior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai.
In this role, you'll be instrumental in driving Renaissance's marketing initiatives across the UAE and wider international markets, working hand-in-hand with our sales teams to generate quality leads and build lasting customer relationships through compelling, timely communications
What you ll be doing:
• Campaign Management & Content Creation
- Develop, build, manage and analyse impactful email marketing campaigns that drive results
- Collaborate with our in-house designer to create engaging promotional and support content for prospects and customers
- Manage and maintain our website to ensure an excellent user experience
• Lead Generation & Analytics
- Monitor and report on lead generation activities to optimize performance
- Track, analyse and report on key marketing metrics that inform strategy
- Contribute to monthly reporting and insights sharing
- Customer Engagement
- Develop automated email programmes to streamline customer onboarding and support subscription renewals
- Maintain and optimize our email communications schedule for maximum engagement
- Support customer retention through strategic, personalized communications
