Senior Manager - Wet Utilities (Planning) (DEL5)

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive planning strategies for wet utilities projects that align with Qiddiya's vision and sustainability goals
• Lead feasibility studies, risk assessments, and environmental impact analyses for proposed wet utility projects
• Coordinate with engineering, environmental, and regulatory teams to ensure project compliance with local and national standards
• Oversee the design, construction, and commissioning of wet utility infrastructure, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines
• Engage with stakeholders, including governmental entities, community groups, and consultants, to facilitate collaboration and gather input on project planning
• Monitor project progress, address challenges, and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track
• Foster innovation and best practices in wet utilities planning and management across all projects
• Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and new technologies related to wet utilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Water Resources Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in wet utilities planning and management, preferably in large-scale infrastructure projects
• Solid understanding of wet utility infrastructure design, regulatory requirements, and environmental considerations
• Strong project management skills with proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges effectively
• Familiarity with planning and modeling software related to wet utilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
