We’re Hiring | Total Rewards Senior Manager [ Arabic Speaker ]
Team Leadership: Managing 2 direct reports
Reporting to: Vice President – Human Capital
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Total Rewards Senior Manager for a leading conglomerate in UAE.
This is a strategic leadership role for a well-rounded Total Rewards professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously, and is passionate about delivering business outcomes through people, planning, and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the Total Rewards function
- Drive multiple strategic Total Rewards and manpower planning projects
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 2 team members
- Manage workforce planning, budgeting, and cost optimization initiatives
- Deliver data-driven insights to support strategic business decisions
- Partner closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders
- Build structure and clarity in complex and evolving business environments
Key Skills & Experience
- Strong expertise in manpower planning, budgeting, and workforce analytics
- Deep experience in:
- Headcount planning
- Demand & supply forecasting
- Workforce modelling
- Scenario planning
- Cost optimisation
- Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, scenario modelling)
Strong understanding of:
- Cost structures
- Total Fixed Pay (TFP)
- Headcount governance
- Financial planning
- Proven ability to convert complex data into clear business insights
- Experience in strategic workforce planning and long-term forecasting
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- High attention to detail with strong strategic thinking
- Proven people leadership and team development capabilities
