Lead and manage the technical development of Estbyaan.
Oversee project planning, task assignment, technical guidance, and quality assurance.
Act as the primary technical point of contact.
Key Responsibilities
- Project planning and sprint management
- Team leadership and resource supervision
- Technical design and architecture oversight
- Quality assurance and code review
- Coordination with stakeholders for updates and issue resolution
- Risk assessment and mitigation planning
- Ensure timely delivery of project milestones
Skills Required
- Expertise in .NET Core / Node.js / JQuery / Angular / React / SQL Server / Oracle
- Cloud deployment knowledge (Azure)
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Experience with agile/scrum methodologies
- Experience in survey or data collection systems (preferred)
