We’re Hiring \| Total Rewards Senior Manager [ Arabic Speaker ]

Team Leadership: Managing 2 direct reports

Reporting to: Vice President – Human Capital

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic

Total Rewards Senior Manager

for a leading conglomerate in UAE.

This is a strategic leadership role for a well-rounded Total Rewards professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously, and is passionate about delivering business outcomes through people, planning, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee the
  • Total Rewards function
  • Drive multiple strategic
  • Total Rewards and manpower planning projects
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of
  • 2 team members
  • Manage workforce planning, budgeting, and cost optimization initiatives
  • Deliver data-driven insights to support strategic business decisions
  • Partner closely with
  • HR, Finance, and business leaders
  • Build structure and clarity in complex and evolving business environments

Key Skills & Experience

  • Strong expertise in
  • manpower planning, budgeting, and workforce analytics
  • Deep experience in:
  • Headcount planning
  • Demand & supply forecasting
  • Workforce modelling
  • Scenario planning
  • Cost optimisation
  • Advanced
  • Excel skills
  • (complex formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, scenario modelling)
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Cost structures

• Total Fixed Pay (TFP)

  • Headcount governance
  • Financial planning
  • Proven ability to convert complex data into
  • clear business insights
  • Experience in
  • strategic workforce planning and long-term forecasting
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • High attention to detail with strong strategic thinking
  • Proven people leadership and team development capabilities
