• The role is hybrid in Mississauga, Canada, with a minimum of three onsite days per week.

Responsibilities

• Define proof of value and customer return on investment with the business; assess competitive landscapes and align strategic initiatives with agile product development.
• Align portfolio goals with innovation roadmaps, develop business plans, and lead partnerships with technology companies developing adjacent solutions.
• Lead program management and cross-functional innovation teams; support team growth through hiring, training, mentorship, and development.
• Drive solution execution through concept definition, requirements validation, architecture specification, and compliance with the Application Lifecycle Management framework.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget; take accountability for program outcomes and set performance standards across distributed programs.
• Lead continuous improvement, system integration planning, release management, demonstrations, proofs of concept, and pilots.
• Create cross-functional workstreams for sales enablement, development, and deployment; build relationships across business functions.
• Present business, technical, and program reviews to senior leadership; address obstacles, coordinate project assets, and develop and protect intellectual property.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in modern software delivery lifecycles and cross-functional matrix management.
• Technical familiarity with cloud software architectures integrated with on-device edge and mobile software ecosystems.
• Strength in hiring, recruiting, managing, developing, coaching, and retaining individuals and teams.
• Knowledge of intellectual property fundamentals.
