The Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition is a crucial role within our organization, tasked with overseeing the entire recruitment process to fulfill the company's talent needs effectively.
This individual will lead and manage the talent acquisition team, implement strategic recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Key responsibilities include developing a strong employer brand, optimizing recruitment processes for efficiency, and aligning talent acquisition strategies with overarching business goals.
The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and experience in handling high-volume recruitment.
They will also be adept at utilizing various recruitment technologies and platforms to attract, evaluate, and onboard top talent.
This role is pivotal in shaping the workforce and contributing to the company's growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals in achieving hiring targets.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through effective communication and feedback.
- Utilize data and analytics to measure and improve recruitment effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and third-party service providers.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent.
- Stay informed on industry trends to lead effective recruitment strategies.

- Ensure compliance with legal and company hiring standards and policies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment management.
- Proven track record of successfully leading recruitment teams and strategies.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data and metrics.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and improving recruitment processes.
