Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment management.
• Proven track record of successfully leading recruitment teams and strategies.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software tools.
