Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning process across the organization, working closely with senior leadership to define and articulate the company's vision and objectives
- Oversee the execution of strategic projects, ensuring that milestones are met, and resources are effectively utilized
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and identify new opportunities for growth
- Establish performance metrics to evaluate the success of strategic initiatives and report on progress to stakeholders

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in strategy development or oversight, preferably in large-scale projects
