Key responsibilities
- Lead product development from concept and planning through launch and continuous improvement; develop strategies aligned with organizational goals and market demand.
- Manage software development teams and oversee project timelines, budgets, resources, and delivery milestones.
- Collaborate with product management, UX/UI design, quality assurance, and business teams; turn business needs and customer feedback into development plans.
- Set development standards, coding practices, and quality assurance processes; monitor product performance, technical risks, and progress.
- Drive agile methods and workflow improvement; evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovation opportunities.
- Ensure product performance, security, scalability, and reliability; manage stakeholder expectations and report to senior leadership.
- Mentor team members and identify ways to improve development efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Significant experience in software development, product engineering, or technology management; proven team leadership and complex project management.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, system architecture, and modern development methodologies.
- Experience with agile project management and product delivery frameworks.
- Leadership, strategic planning, decision-making, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance technical considerations, customer needs, and business priorities.
