Role Summary

• As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert (Senior Manager), you will play a critical leadership role in shaping delivery excellence, driving innovative practices, and bringing deep SAP Finance expertise to complex transformation engagements.
• You will be recognized as a trusted advisor to the client and a thought leader within the organization, contributing to strategy, solution design, and successful execution.
• You will leverage your strong technical knowledge, business acumen, and stakeholder management skills to lead teams, influence key decisions, and ensure the delivery of best-practice SAP-enabled business solutions.
• **Key Responsibilities:**- Lead SAP FI/CO solution design and delivery across a large-scale ERP transformation
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
• Drive best-practice finance solutions and innovative delivery approaches
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned, on-time delivery
• Facilitate workshops, manage governance, and oversee project progress (PMO)
• Mentor teams and contribute to high-performance delivery culture

Core Requirements

• Expert proficiency in SAP FI/CO Finance with extensive implementation experience.
• Proven experience leading large-scale ERP or digital transformation programs.
• Strong consulting background with the ability to shape strategy and deliver outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive consensus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• **Preferred / Recommended**- Advanced proficiency in Project Management Office (PMO) methodologies.
• Experience working in large, complex, multi-vendor program environments.
• Prior experience in the Middle East, preferably Saudi Arabia.
• Exposure to public sector, giga-projects, or large entertainment / infrastructure programs is a strong advantage.
