Client and engagement responsibilities

  • Communicate regularly with clients, address queries, and provide legal guidance for their immigration needs.
  • Manage multiple challenging country business immigration engagements.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure accurate, appropriate legal options are discussed.
  • Manage and resolve issues or escalations arising from complex cases.

Analysis and recommendations

  • Analyze complex ideas or proposals and develop meaningful recommendations.
  • Use information from multiple sources, including broader stakeholder views, to develop solutions.
  • Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making.
  • Develop perspectives on global trends and their impact on clients.
  • Manage differing viewpoints to build consensus and positive outcomes.
  • Simplify complex messages and highlight key points.

Team and application oversight

  • Manage caseworkers and junior attorneys in case management and immigration law application.
  • Review junior team members' applications and work, and sign off applications before submission.

Professional conduct

  • Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.
