Overview
Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager - Property Registration to lead and manage the property registration functions within our dynamic organization.
This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate and compliant registration of all property assets, facilitating smooth coordination with government entities and internal stakeholders.
As the Senior Manager - Property Registration, you will oversee the end-to-end processes of property registration, maintain up-to-date records, implement efficient systems, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
You will work closely with legal, leasing, and property management teams to support Qiddiya's vision of developing world-class entertainment and cultural destinations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage property registration activities, ensuring timely and accurate registration of properties with relevant government authorities
- Review and verify all property registration documents to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with government agencies and legal departments to facilitate the smooth processing of registrations and related transactions
- Maintain comprehensive and organized records of all property registrations and related documentation
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in property registration procedures
- Provide guidance and training to property registration staff, fostering a high-performance and compliance-focused team environment
- Collaborate with leasing, legal, finance, and property management teams to support integrated property management operations
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to property registration, addressing issues proactively
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies throughout all registration activities
- Identify and mitigate any risks associated with property registration processes and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field. Legal background is preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in property registration, real estate management, or related roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial capacity
- Strong knowledge of property laws, registration procedures, and government regulations within the region
- Proven experience in dealing with government authorities and understanding of relevant documentation and compliance requirements
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing property records and registration documentation
- Ability to implement process improvements and leverage property management systems effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant property registration software
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex registration issues
