Project planning and coordination

• Develop feasibility studies, budgets, business plans, revenue forecasts, and profitability projections.
• Coordinate with authorities, utilities providers, consultants, and contractors to secure approvals and meet project requirements.
• Create and manage project schedules to support timely delivery.

Technical delivery

• Review and approve infrastructure designs, drawings, technical specifications, calculations, and project documentation.
• Lead technical discussions with consultants and project teams.
• Support tender preparation, evaluation, cost estimation, and contractor or consultant selection.

Site and risk management

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, safety, environmental compliance, and adherence to approved designs.
• Manage project variations, technical issues, and corrective actions, escalating critical risks affecting cost, schedule, or quality.
• Apply international best practices, relevant standards, and improved processes across infrastructure project delivery.

Financial control

• Monitor project budgets and actual expenditure, identify cost variances, and recommend corrective actions to maintain financial control.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Structural Engineering, or an equivalent engineering qualification.
• Successful track record in infrastructure and utilities design.
• 10–12 years of experience, including at least 4 years in a senior managerial infrastructure role.
• Experience within a property developer, municipal authority, city community, or major utility provider.
• Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management, risk management, budgeting, and financial control.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, stakeholder management, and communication capabilities.
