Senior Manager - Projects - Dubai Holding Real Estate

As a master developer, we invest in sustainable infrastructure, accessibility, community amenities and family-focused facilities including community centers, mosques, schools, supermarkets and landscaping.

Initiate requisitions for services and works in coordination with cross-functional teams.

Manage multiple projects, tracking progress and ensuring delivery aligned with business objectives.

Oversee contractor execution plans, procurement, and resource allocation while maintaining clear stakeholder communication.

Manage change requests, highlighting impact on scope, timeline, and budget.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per defined processes.

Identify and mitigate project risks to safeguard cost, quality, and timelines.

Align project objectives with stakeholders and monitor progress against targets.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and coordinate approvals with authorities.

Monitor project financials, track cost vs. budget, and report performance.

Manage client relationships and support issue resolution across projects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of technical aspects.

Provide technical support, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and prepare reports for leadership.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project management and real estate development.

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Civil Engineering or related field with Project Management certification.

10–12 years’ experience, including 4–6 years in a leadership role and 3+ years with a developer/contractor/consultant.

Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations, and project delivery standards.

Proficient in MS Office, Power BI, and project tools (Primavera or similar).

Solid expertise in construction management, engineering, and project execution.

Skilled in stakeholder management, communication, and coordination with technical teams.

in project planning, budgeting, scope management, and change management.

Strong risk management capabilities to identify and mitigate project risks.

Ability to manage complex projects end-to-end with excellent organizational and communication skills.
