We are seeking an exceptionally experienced Senior Procurement Manager to lead and oversee all procurement activities for large-scale construction projects.

The successful candidate will drive procurement strategy and execution at a strategic level, manage complex commercial negotiations, ensure optimal supplier performance, and maintain full compliance with company policies and local Saudi regulations.

This role demands exceptional commercial acumen, extensive procurement expertise in construction and infrastructure, and proven success operating within the Saudi and Middle Eastern markets.
