The essential requirements of the job include
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Master's in Business Administration, or related field.
- 10-15+ years of experience in IT Project Management, PMO leadership, or Portfolio Management.
- Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience managing Project Managers or PMO teams.
- Proven experience leading enterprise PMOs and portfolio governance functions.
- Demonstrated success managing large, complex, global technology portfolios in matrixed global organizations.
- Strong expertise in project governance, portfolio management, resource management, financial management and forecasting, risk and issue management, and project recovery.
- Executive communication skills with the ability to present portfolio status, risks, resource constraints, and key decisions to senior leadership.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with experience developing dashboards, metrics, and management reporting.
- Experience with Project Portfolio Management tools such as Clarity, Microsoft Project, Power BI, Excel/dashboard reporting, Teams, and SharePoint.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in
MBA preferred.
PMP (Project Management Professional), PgMP, PfMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, SAFe, Scrum, or Agile PM certification..
