Qualifications and experience

• BE/B.Tech in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
• At least 15 years of IBMS project-management experience with service and at least 7 years of team-management and leadership experience.
• Contract-management proficiency in IBMS, electrical and mechanical areas, with hands-on commercial expertise.
• Strong technical knowledge of IBMS projects and execution; PMP certification required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project-management tools, including MS Project; strong communication, interpersonal, decision-making and customer relationship skills.
• Regular project-site and customer visits are part of the role; willingness to travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve regional business goals and financial targets; oversee project and service operations, team productivity and performance.
• Plan and optimize resources, ensure company standards and procedures, and meet safety, ethics and statutory requirements.
• Manage customer, vendor and internal stakeholder relationships; understand customer needs and resolve escalations.
• Coordinate with sales, design, procurement, commercial, commissioning and finance teams to deliver projects on time.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, risks and dependencies; lead review meetings and prepare resources for upcoming projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, engineers, consultants and project teams for smooth project start and completion.
• Visit project sites and customer representatives regularly; train and mentor project-team members.
