Join CIBC's Global Operational Risk Management team and the Risk and Control Self-Assessment Program team.
Report to the Director, Operational Risk Program and provide leadership and support across program delivery and related initiatives.
Program leadership and delivery
- Lead and support RCSA Program delivery in line with program requirements, regulatory expectations, and business priorities.
- Contribute to program strategy, identify improvements, assess change impacts, and help shape future direction.
- Deliver enhancements using program and project management practices, on time and within scope.
Systems, analytics, and stakeholders
- Provide expertise on GRC system design and implementation and support alignment across related programs.
- Lead reporting and data analytics for monitoring, planning, methodology improvements, and ad hoc analysis.
- Provide stakeholder communication, training, and ongoing guidance to support consistent program execution and adoption.
- Collaborate across lines of defence and support team member development.
Qualifications
- Experience in operational risk program management, reporting and data analytics, change management, and project management.
- Knowledge of organizational structures, regulatory requirements, and operational risk management processes and procedures.
Work arrangement
- Hybrid arrangement: work on-site two to three days per week, with the remaining days remote.
