Leads regional investment analysis and heads the team assessing opportunities and monitoring investments.
Reports to the Head of Investment Analysis and covers the regional pipeline under appraisal.
Responsibilities and accountabilities
- Oversee financial modelling, feasibility, investment recommendations, and associated risk assessments.
- Monitor investments against their business cases and maintain a market view.
- Apply modelling, appraisal, and risk standards owned by the Head of Investment Analysis.
- Operate within the lifecycle and allocation position administered by the GCIO Office.
- Receive opportunities from Capital Partnerships, Land Sales, and Development; release appraised positions to the approvals forum and originating teams.
- Be accountable for project IRR achievement, approval success, appraisal cycle time, and recommendation integrity.
