Position overview

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise endpoint and workplace management, devices, and core enterprise services.
• Manage Active Directory, domains, DNS, DHCP, networking, security, network devices, and Wi-Fi.
• Oversee Azure, Entra ID, VDI, and Windows 365 environments and deployments.
• Manage SOC and NOC operations and cybersecurity posture.
• Maintain availability and performance of VDI and cloud workspaces.
• Enforce information security policies, endpoint security, firewalls, and content filtering.
• Lead patch and vulnerability management programs.
• Manage vendor, supplier, and MSP contracts and service relationships; monitor service delivery and resolve escalations.
• Oversee enterprise application deployment, licensing, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with DevOps on on-premises and cloud integration; partner with facilities on office infrastructure.
• Provide support for complex IT issues and minimize downtime.
• Develop IT budgets, resource plans, and training programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• 15+ years of IT management experience, including 3+ years in senior leadership.
• Strong people management abilities.
• Expertise in Azure, Entra ID, and hybrid infrastructure.
• Experience with CrowdStrike, Forcepoint, Microsoft Defender, firewalls, content filtering, AD/Entra ID, VDI, Windows 365, patch management, vulnerability scanners, Wi-Fi, VPNs, SD-WAN, and network monitoring tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience guiding organizations through ISO, SOC 2, GDPR, and HIPAA compliance and certification processes.
