Senior Manager role in the Finance, Accounting and Controlling job family, focused on functional controlling.
The role covers strategic and operational controlling, cost analysis of operational processes and investments, and management reporting for regional or functional units.
Qualifications and experience
- Qualified CA with 8+ years of experience in the IT/ITES industry, including general ledger and budgeting or forecasting experience.
- Knowledge of IndAS and IFRS applicable to IT/ITES organizations.
- Experience reviewing subgroup and group GL accounts month over month.
- Strong Excel skills, including handling large data volumes; familiarity with ERP packages is required, with Microsoft Dynamics Navision preferred.
- Power BI skills are desirable.
- Strong compliance background covering SEZ, STPI, GST and Softex; statutory audit experience, including work with Big Four audit firms.
Role responsibilities
- Handle business finance and MIS, and lead division controlling.
- Perform month-on-month, plan-to-actual and plan-to-forecast variance analysis.
- Manage month-end closing, operating planning, budgeting, regular budget tracking and forecasting.
- Prepare periodic financial MIS reports and track KPIs regularly.
