Scale and strengthen benchmarking using AI, automation and other analytical tools, improving coverage, comparability, speed and the accessibility of insight across the organisation. Translate benchmarking into clear performance gaps, opportunities and improvement priorities, supporting target setting and constructive challenge with business units and functions. Assist with the corporate reporting project to digitalise performance management and reporting, helping define business requirements, future processes, data standards, governance and adoption. Drive continuous improvement across the performance management cycle, simplifying processes and strengthening the connection between insight, decision-making, accountability and action. Help embed a strong performance culture across the organisation by promoting transparency, external orientation, constructive challenge, ownership and continuous improvement. Ability to design coherent performance frameworks that connect strategic priorities (NG’s Strategy House), enterprise-wide domain outcomes, business-unit performance and management action. Experience improving and digitalising reporting processes, data models and management information, with an understanding of how AI and automation can improve scale, quality and insight.
