Qualifications

  • Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, HRIS, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 7+ years of HRIS, HR technology, enterprise applications, or technology project experience. 3+ years of hands-on HRIS functional or technical configuration experience. Demonstrated experience leading complex HR technology implementations. Experience with enterprise HR platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM , or comparable solutions. Working knowledge of system configuration, integrations/APIs, data migration, security, reporting, and testing . Experience working with HR data structures, interfaces, data mapping, validation, and reconciliation. Experience managing technology vendors and implementation partners. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills. Ability to translate between business requirements and technical solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience, particularly Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, or Reporting. Experience with APIs, middleware, Integration Center, or other integration technologies. Familiarity with HR analytics, and data platforms. Experience with HR application security, role-based permissions, and SSO. Experience with recruiting, employee service delivery, AI, automation, or other emerging HR technologies. PMP, Agile, Scrum, SAP SuccessFactors, or related certification.
