Qualifications

  • Experience in supply chain, logistics or operations, ideally within a Direct-to-Consumer, eCommerce, consumer goods or related environment. Hands-on experience managing third-party logistics providers or external partners, including monitoring performance against agreed service levels. Working knowledge of warehouse management and ERP systems, with the confidence to collaborate with IT teams on systems improvements and integrations. Strong Excel and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret operational KPIs and translate insights into practical improvements. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver against deadlines. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to manage external partners and influence internal stakeholders. A proactive, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach, with a willingness to test new ideas and drive continuous improvement. Experience working within a regulated industry, such as spirits, food or pharmaceuticals, would be advantageous but is not essential.
