Senior Manager Financial Planning and Analysis

Are you a strategic financial leader with the ability to turn complex data into clear insights that influence high‑impact decisions?

In this role, you will oversee Riyadh Air's financial planning and analysis framework, ensuring the development of accurate budgets, forecasts, and long‑range plans that reflect both strategic priorities and operational realities.

You will serve as a key financial partner across the organization, enabling informed decision‑making at the highest levels through timely reporting, advanced modeling, and insightful analysis.

You will lead the budgeting cycle, forecasting processes, cash flow planning, scenario modeling, and capital project evaluation.

You will manage performance reporting, board materials and data integrity for our senior leadership and Executive Committee, whilst ensuring alignment with corporate standards.

Collaborating closely with Finance Business Partners and cross‑functional teams, you will provide proactive financial guidance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive disciplined financial planning practices across the business.

Beyond analytics, you will contribute to process optimization, automation, and the integration of advanced planning tools, including Oracle modules and BI platforms.

You will also mentor FPA team members and support the development of a high‑performing finance organization.

Degree qualified, you will have a minimum of 10 years of post‑graduate experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role within a large multinational organization.

A professional accounting qualification (SOCPA, CPA, CIMA, ACCA) is requirement for this role.

You will bring hands‑on expertise in budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and financial modeling, supported by strong analytical capabilities and exceptional attention to detail, prior experience in the aviation industry or exposure to Big 4 environments considered an advantage.

You are highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau, and you have experience working with ERP and airline‑specific systems including SAP, Oracle, Amadeus, and Sabre.

You will possess outstanding communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment, and the capability to translate complex financial insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
