Senior Manager-Strategic Commercial Contracts

Job Purpose

Contract Strategy and Management -

• Develop and implement strategic contract management processes and procedures.
• Manage the strategic contracts lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Support the negotiation and execution of high-value and complex commercial contracts, such as fuel concession agreement, ground handling agreement, and partnership contracts, with a value of in excess of AED 600 million.
• Manage the strategic contracts lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Ensure contracts align with company objectives, compliance requirements, and risk management policies.
• Support Commercial contracts team in the Tender process by preparing all relevant tender documents as required.

Stakeholder Management -

• Partner with senior leadership, legal teams, , and other departments to understand business needs and objectives.
• Provide expert advice on contractual terms and conditions, and guide teams through contract-related issues.
• Act as a liaison between the organization and external commercial partners

Risk Management -

• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with commercial strategic contracts.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of contracts to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.

Performance Monitoring -

• Monitor contract performance and deliverables, ensuring all parties meet their obligations.
• Address and resolve any issues or disputes that arise during the contract lifecycle.

Reporting and Documentation -

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all contracts and related documents.
• Prepare and present reports on contract performance, risk management, and strategic opportunities to senior management.

Skills
