Lead the finance function of the client's Steel Unit, reporting to the Group CFO.

Financial management and reporting
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and revenue recognition.
- Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and local financial regulations.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reporting.
Strategy, operations, and compliance
- Provide financial recommendations and analyze data for trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop models for capital investments, pricing, and cost optimization.
- Maintain internal controls and financial systems; monitor manufacturing financial KPIs and partner with production and supply chain teams.
- Coordinate audits, manage tax planning and statutory compliance, and liaise with auditors, banks, and regulators.
Team leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team; promote accountability and continuous improvement.
- Drive automation and digital transformation of finance processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification is essential.
- At least 10 years in financial management, including at least 5 years in a senior manufacturing role.
- Steel or building materials experience is strongly preferred.
- Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
