Seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant for a Senior Manager-level role leading and coordinating the Asset Tagging Project.
The role covers project planning, PMO governance, stakeholder coordination, monitoring, reporting, and delivery within agreed timelines.
Key responsibilities
- Lead planning, coordination, governance, monitoring, and delivery of the Asset Tagging Project.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, progress tracking, risk management, and reporting.
- Oversee fixed asset management and asset tagging for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with finance, operations, and other stakeholders across workstreams.
- Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans.
- Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and management updates.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, track action items, and resolve project dependencies.
- Drive deliverables independently in line with timelines, quality standards, and governance frameworks.
Mandatory requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in PMO, fixed asset management, asset tagging, finance-led projects, stakeholder management, and project delivery.
- Experience handling multiple stakeholders and workstreams at Senior Manager level.
- Strong project planning, analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of project deliverables.
- Availability to join according to the agreed mobilization timeline.
