About This Role
Technical Capabilities
- Ability to understand business and technical requirements and translate them in custom end to end architecture based on client needs.
- Ability to understand and modernize traditional data platform architectures with concepts like Agentic AI.
- Ability to architect an end to end Agentic AI architecture, with the required governance and orchestration architecture components in place.
- Hands-on proven knowledge on preparing data engineering pipelines using at least one o the tools and platforms such as Informatica, Talend, Pentaho, T-SQL, Python, Spark, or any other cloud hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle OCI).
- Hands-on experience with SQL like databases is a must.
- Hands-on experience with Iceberg, Delta Tables and Hadoop will be plus.
- Hands-on experience in designing and maintaining physical data models for data warehouses (dimensional models) or operational databases (relational models).
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing real time / event-based data engineering pipelines is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing data ingestion pipelines from various data sources such as APIs, Web Services, Databases, Streams, Files, Object Storage etc.
- Hands-on experience on designing and implementing slowly changing dimensions will be a plus.
- Hands-on experience in orchestrating multiple data engineering pipelines based on data source and business needs.
- Hands-on experience in designing and managing the end-to-end deployment of data engineering pipelines using appropriate DevOps practices and tools.
- Proven experience in conducting data source analysis, source to target mapping and transformation rule design and definition.
- Ability to collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Hands-on experience in applying data quality frameworks and rules within data engineering pipelines will be a plus.
- Ability to conduct performance tuning and optimization of data processing and analytics workflows to maximize efficiency and scalability.
