Role Purpose
The Senior E-Concessions Manager is responsible for leading and growing Level Shoes' portfolio of e-concession brands across the GCC.
This role owns commercial performance, drives business development, strengthens brand partnerships, and ensures seamless end-to-end operations.
Combining strategy with hands-on execution, the Senior E-Concessions Manager leads a small team and collaborates closely with internal functions, playing a central role in shaping and growing the e-concessions business.
This is a fast-paced, high-growth environment that demands commercial instinct, operational rigor, and the ambition to constantly push the business forward.
What you'll be doing
Commercial & Performance
- Define and lead the e-concessions commercial strategy, setting the direction and identifying opportunities to grow and elevate the business across markets.
- Own commercial performance across e-concession brands, holding full accountability for targets and driving results across all markets.
- Lead trade meetings with brand partners, maintaining ongoing alignment on priorities, opportunities, and ways of working.
- Track, analyze, and report on brand performance, translating data into clear actions and recommendations.
Brand Relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with concession brand partners, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring a high standard of day-to-day collaboration.
- Ensure clear ways of working are established and continuously refined with each brand partner.
Operations & Execution
- Oversee end-to-end operations for e-concession brands, ensuring products are onboarded, launched, and fulfilled to the highest standard.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues across brands, acting as the escalation point between partners and internal teams.
- Plan and coordinate brand marketing and trading calendars in collaboration with internal teams.
Business Development
- Identify and lead business development opportunities — from new brand onboardings to strategic initiatives that expand the scope and ambition of the e-concessions business.
Cross-functional & Leadership
- Act as the internal point of contact for e-concessions, ensuring all relevant teams are briefed, aligned, and moving in the same direction.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the team, fostering a high-performance culture with clear ownership, strong collaboration, and a drive for continuous improvement.
- What you’ll need to succeed
- 10+ years of experience in ecommerce, retail, brand management, or a related commercial function.
- Proven track record of managing brand or wholesale partnerships at a senior level, ideally in a luxury or premium environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of trading, P&L, performance metrics, and financial drivers.
- Entrepreneurial and strategic, with the confidence to drive initiatives, influence stakeholders, and make commercial decisions independently.
- Equally comfortable in the detail at a strategic level — hands-on, execution-oriented, and able to flex between both.
- Strong communicator with a senior presence, able to build trust and influence across internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Genuine passion for luxury retail and the digital space.
- Comfortable operating at pace, managing competing priorities, and delivering results in a high-growth environment.
